When you take the Creator Financial Checkup, use the Take-Home Calculator, or apply for a Creator Financial Audit, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, social media handle, and answers about your creator income, business structure, and tax habits.
How we use it
We use this information to calculate your Creator Score and personalized recommendations, to follow up about your results, and to evaluate and respond to applications for the Creator Financial Audit. We may also use it to improve Off Record and to communicate updates about our products.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. If you apply for a Creator Financial Audit, we may share relevant information with licensed CPA partners solely for the purpose of providing the services you've requested.
Data retention
We retain your Checkup results and application information for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to your inquiries. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
